VIDA Performance provides Coaching (personal training) in multiple formats: private one-on-one coaching and group personal training. Our Coaches are educated and trained in many modalities. We especially enjoy educating our clients about the science of movement and how it affects our bodies. We combine yoga with modern exercise techniques to help our clients feel results in every session.
FUNCTIONAL AGING TRAINING
Stay strong, mobile, and independent with our Functional Aging Personal Training program. Designed for adults over 50, this training focuses on improving balance, strength, flexibility, and overall movement quality to enhance daily life and prevent injury. FASST TRAINING PROGRAM
FASST IS A training program centered around FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS designed to enhance an athlete's STRENGTH, SPEED, and AGILITY in line with their specific GOALS! In addition to movement training, FASST addresses essential topics such as NUTRITION, INJURY PREVENTION, GOAL SETTING, MENTAL HEALTH, and SPORTSMANSHIP, among others.
CYCLING STRENGTH PROGRAM
Maximize your off-season with a structured strength and conditioning program designed to enhance your speed, power, and endurance. At VIDA Performance, we offer specialized strength training programs tailored to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall strength—helping you correct asymmetries and boost your performance on the bike. GOLF FITNESS & CONDITIONING ROUTINE
Vida Performance Golf Fitness addresses all aspects of the body that affect golf-specific performance, regardless of age, body type, fitness or ability level.
