PERSONAL TRAINING
VIDA Performance provides Coaching (personal training) in multiple formats: private one-on-one coaching and group personal training. Our Coaches are educated and trained in many modalities. We especially enjoy educating our clients about the science of movement and how it affects our bodies. We combine yoga with modern exercise techniques to help our clients feel results in every session.

VIDA Performance offers a variety of modalities in the convenience of your own home, and you do not need a gym or any equipment. VIDA Performance provides everything necessary to create effective sessions in even the smallest of spaces.  All you need is the desire to move well and to live well!

SENIOR IN HOME TRAINING

It is never too late to start a fitness program. YOUNG ATHLETE TRAINING

VIDA Sync, bodies in motion teaches athletes to improve movement.  They will learn to move and play with purpose, strength and mindfulness in creating structural integration.
 

Our curriculum has been created with athletes bodies in mind. Our programming implements strength and conditioning principles into yoga science. Athletes who practice this can expect to experience improved performance, reduced injury and develop a mental edge.

GOLF FITNESS & CONDITIONING ROUTINE

Vida Performance Golf Fitness addresses all aspects of the body that affect golf-specific performance, regardless of age, body type, fitness or ability level.
