VIDA Performance focuses on personal training, group personal training and Corporate Health and Wellness on-site programing. To us, fitness and coaching are much more than just exercising. VIDA Performance embraces a holistic approach to wellness with the goal of creating an overall healthier state of living. Our unique approach benefits people of all ages and all physical abilities, because we recognize that fitness training needs to be customized. We believe that even small changes in our overall fitness can have a significant impact on our health and well-being. Matt is a native of Chester County, PA and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), 200-hour yoga teacher through OM Yoga, and a Titleist Performance Golf specialist. Matt is also certified in the exercise philosophy known as the "functional movement screen" (FMS). Matt has been in the fitness industry for 20 years and is excited about launching VIDA Performance. As a master coach, Matt works with individual clients as well as with corporate CEO’s, presidents and HR directors to implement health and wellness programs.

Michelle was born and raised in Guatemala and is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA), a 200-hour yoga teacher through OM Yoga, an AFFA aqua fitness instructor and a Total Resistance Exercise (TRX) certified coach. Michelle has a degree in culinary arts and nutrition from Johnson and Whales University, which she uses to teach her clients how to incorporate easy and healthy meals into their lifestyles.
Michelle believes that a combination of a clean diet and exercise are the keys to a healthier lifestyle. She particularly enjoys adapting her training methods for clients of all fitness levels and she is tireless in her determination to make her clients proud of the progress they make in reaching their ultimate fitness goals.
As your fitness coach, Michelle will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help you achieve all of your fitness goals.
