The focus of this program is to teach the fundamental principles of strength training and how to translate that strength and power to the field. In addition it equally focuses on plyometric, speed and agility training which will additionally improve explosiveness and acceleration.

Proper body positioning to maximize speed and prevent injury.
Plyometric exercises to improve explosiveness.
Speed and agility training with variables included to improve footwork and overall body coordination.
What is F.A.S.S.T Camp?
F.A.S.S.T is a 4 week x 8 sessions (90min) Camp for all High School age athletes that want to improve; Speed - Agility - Strength & Explosiveness.
